#1 Ljubljana If you’re arriving at Ljubljana Airport, your first destination should be the capital city of Slovenia. After a quick 20-minute bus ride from the airport, you can reach the city center and find a comfortable base at one of the excellent hotels such as City Hotel Ljubljana, Hotel Lev, or Hotel Slon. For budget-conscious travelers, Hostel Celica is a good option, and Airbnb offers additional choices. This enchanting city is best explored on foot, strolling along its famous streets like Copova ulica, Slovenska cesta, and Trubarjeva ulica. Be sure to wander through the charming old town and, when you need a break, relax at either Tivoli Park or one of the scenic spots along the Ljubljanica river. For breathtaking panoramic views, consider visiting Ljubljana Castle or the Neboticnik bar. Stay tuned for a forthcoming guide to Ljubljana.
